My Vision
At Pages and Paws, my vision is to provide comprehensive and efficient office management and bookkeeping services for businesses in the electrical, plumbing, solar and property management industries.

With a Bachelors in Exercise and Health Science, I provide personalized personal training and wellness plans, including a free intro and meet and greet, one-on-one fitness sessions, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle couching.
Dog walking up to 1 hour, Drop-ins and transport services are available - Having three dogs myself I have the patients and i understand every dog has their own personality.
By Integrating these services into my offerings, I offer a holistic approach to health and wellness for both clients and their canine companions.

Who is Pages and Paws
The Creation of Pages and Paws, came after a last minute move across the country to St. Augustine Florida. When I moved here I still needed to completed my internship before finishing my degree, Shout out to Next Level Family chiropractic for taking me in and showing me how people who care about your overall wellness are out there. and pushed me to do what I love.
Throughout the process of getting my bachelors degree from The University of Massachusetts in Boston for exercise and health science I started working in construction and decided to stay, I love meeting new people and connecting with contractors and helping business thrive.
While having a love for dogs why not do what I love and combine all of these services together.
I am experienced in various construction backgrounds with a deep passion for business, fitness and animals. My background in office management, bookkeeping, event planning, customer service, and property management, has prepared me to provide a wide range of services to businesses and clients.
